I'm sure everyone noticed that I've replaced the huge, tacky menu with a nice neat dropdown menu. Any opinions on the new design?

The new design gets a positive reaction from me. While adding a mode modern (and less cluttered) look, it maintains the RabbitEars tradition of being lightweight and functional.
A number of other web sites could learn a lesson here about how to do things properly.

The website is no longer mobile browser friendly. Opera Mini 5 and Bolt Browser 2.1 have a hard time processing drop down menus.

I purposely avoided JavaScript menus because all these mobile browsers claim to support CSS. Opera Mini certainly claims to support CSS. I've never heard of Bolt and their website borders on useless, but Wikipedia claims that it passes ACID3, so I'm not really sure I can provide an answer as to why it does not work. If it supports ACID3, it should support recent CSS functionality.
Do websites such as the NVIDIA site work on those browsers?

I added a Sitemap which is solely text based. If you click it in the menu, it'll expand out everything that's available to you through the dropdown menus. That should resolve your mobile browser issues, although not in the absolute friendliest manner.
I may still move the menu option for that, so if it appears to vanish, look for it elsewhere.

Dropdown link to spreadsheet missing (or I am missing it). Have to go to site map to find.

The spreadsheet is right under "Web Listings" in the "Listings" dropdown. The sitemap is actually the exact same code as the dropdown menu itself, just without the formatting.
